Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an available contact number.
Customers should inspect the product and packaging at the time of delivery whenever reasonably possible.
Any visible physical damage, missing item, incorrect product, or delivery-related problem should be reported to us as soon as possible with the invoice, order information, photographs, and an unpacking video where available.
